there was a time your parents yelled at you for “not thinking” and making a mistake, and it left you feeling ashamed.
at school you didn’t have many friends, so you sat there feeling invisible.
the one soul you felt truly connected to betrayed you, letting you down, and your heart still aches.
your home was broken into, and everything stopped feeling familiar and safe
you lost a family member in an accident, and the grief never fully left your body
school felt overwhelming, and classes left you feeling confused, you started believing you were a failure.
You might sometimes wonder if something’s wrong with you.
If you’re broken.
If you’ll ever feel truly loved, or deeply worthy.
Maybe relationships feel like cycles of hurt.
Maybe work feels like a performance, where you’re afraid someone might see the “real” you.
Maybe the life you dream of feels just out of reach.
If any of this resonates with you—know this:
You’re not alone. And none of these things define who you are or where you’re headed.
Healing is possible. And it can begin gently, right here.
Sometimes the growth feels slow,
And sometimes it feels like nothing is blooming at all.
But you can see, just beyond the tangled weeds, The space where vibrant life could flourish—
Where colour, ease, and beauty are waiting to break through.
If those old, heavy roots were gently cleared… If the soil had room to breathe again…
Your garden would begin to thrive—naturally, steadily.
And with that renewal, you’d start to see the things you’ve been longing for—
A sense of peace, nourishing relationships, fulfilling work…
All beginning to grow, in their own time, right where you are.
the emotional residue left behind by the painful, overwhelming, and even traumatic moments you’ve carried for so long.
This work isn’t surface-level.
It’s not just another “talk it out” session.
It’s for those who’ve tried that route and are still left wondering, Why do I still feel stuck?
It’s for those who are craving something more—more depth, more healing, more peace.
And I know that’s you.
Because it takes real courage to face your fear and show up for healing anyway.
And that’s exactly what you’re doing.
Think of your emotional pain like a house that’s weathered storm after storm.
Some parts have held up.
But other parts—walls, windows, the foundation—have cracks that no one else sees.
You’ve patched things up the best you could just to keep going.
But deep down, you know there’s damage that needs more than a quick fix.
And like so many, you’ve found ways to cope—by staying busy, distracting yourself,
tending to others, or numbing the ache with whatever helps you make it through the day.
But EFT is different.
It helps you gently step inside that house and rebuild from the inside out—
stronger, safer, and more aligned with who you truly are.
This is where real relief begins.
This is the work we can do together:
To restore what’s been shaken,
To rebuild what you didn’t know you could reclaim,
And to help you finally feel grounded, safe, and fully at home in your life again.
You’re not broken.
You’re ready.
And healing is possible.
Bring to mind a difficult memory or experience that still lingers. We can even work at finding them for those moments of “Why do I feel this way or act this way?”
During the session, you’ll gently revisit this difficult moment—through thought, emotion, or imagery and in a safe manner…..
…you and me tap on various points on the body to reduce the cortisol spike and emotional intensity.
We do this for about 60 minutes with lots of little pauses throughout to check-in.
You may feel a range of emotions—whether that’s crying, feeling distant or unclear, or moving through waves of hurt or anger. It’s all part of the process.
You’ll continue this process over several sessions—each time bringing a little more release, clarity, and ease.
You start to feel lighter, more hopeful. Self-forgiveness comes, maybe even forgiveness for others—and true healing begins to take root.
And then comes the moment you didn’t know was possible—feeling this good, this whole, this free. And the best part? The feeling lasts.
