We support individuals ages 18 and up. We also work with entrepreneurs facing burnout and offer compassionate support around trauma, identity, and life transitions—especially for men.
Our space is inclusive and welcoming to all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation. We’re honoured to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
And if your needs are outside the scope of our work, we’ll thoughtfully refer you to a trusted practitioner who can support you well.

Sometimes, what may seem outside our scope at first actually turns out to be a good match once we talk it through.
During our call, we’ll clarify your needs and make sure you feel supported in your next steps. And if it turns out we’re not the best fit, we’ll gladly connect you with another trusted practitioner who can support you on your journey.

If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a $60 fee.

Your practitioner will walk you through the details, but here’s a quick overview:
We use a HIPAA-compliant platform called Google Meets.
If you’re using a smartphone or tablet, you’ll just need to download the free app once. For laptops or computers, no download is necessary.
Before each session, you’ll receive an email with a secure link—simply click to join.
For phone sessions, all you’ll need is, well… your phone.
We invite you to come into each session with intention—perhaps bringing a short list or simply holding in mind the things that feel important to explore.
This might include something that’s come up between sessions, a memory from the past, a thought that’s been lingering, or a feeling that’s asking for a little more space and attention.
You might also reflect on anything stirred by your inner work or practices between sessions.
This is your time, and your journey.
